Program Overview: New Product Development (NPD) is the process of developing or creating a New Component or changing some parameters in existing component as per requirement or upgradation in technology. When we talk about NPD, means we required a new component that can be replace some traditional existing parts or may required for new application without replacing any component. In this 3 days session we are going to cover all about the NPD. The complete process with live industry experience.

Day: 2. Procedure for NPD

  • CFT Formation
  • Team Feasibility Commitment
  • Do APQP and Sample submission.
  • Complete knowledge on PPAP, FMEA and Control Plan.

Day: 3. Procedure for NPD

  • Manufacturing processes of component/ PFD-Process flow diagram.
  • Sample submission, Customer complaint handling and Measurement/Inspection layout.
  • Future aspect in NPD
